1/2 cup 2% milk (or milk alternative. I like soy milk)
1 packet no sugar added hot cocoa mix
1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder.
1/2 cup ice cubes (Optional)
Want this triple chocolaty and can handle the extra sugar? Try half chocolate – half regular milk (or milk alternative).

This is my favorite protein shake. EVER!
Things You’ll Need:
1/2 cup 2% milk (or milk alternative. I like soy milk)
1/2 Banana
1 Tbl. Peanut Butter
1 Scoop Vanilla Isopure Protein Powder (Or your favorite protein)
1/2 cup ice (Optional)
Variations – You can substitute chocolate protein powder for more of a peanut butter cup taste.
