1/2 cup 2% milk (or milk alternative. I like soy milk)
1 packet no sugar added hot cocoa mix
1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder.
1/2 cup ice cubes (Optional)

Want this triple chocolaty and can handle the extra sugar? Try half chocolate – half regular milk (or milk alternative).
